Digital Inclusion
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Teeniors®
At Teeniors, diversity of perspectives, backgrounds and life experiences are not just welcomed, they are essential. We believe in the power of human connection across generations, cultures, and experiences. Our work bridges age, ability, race, gender, socioeconomic background, and language through personalized technology coaching.
We are committed to growing an inclusive environment where everyone — from the older adults we serve to the teens and young adults we employ — feels respected, empowered, and valued. We strive to reflect the diverse communities we work in by ensuring access to opportunity, learning, and connection. We also strive to create and offer meaningful roles, remove barriers, and listen well. We are proud to be a multi-generational, multi-cultural team advancing digital literacy and human dignity, one coaching session at a time.
