Our Mission | Your Responsibility
Our goal is to empower older adults to connect with their loved ones, engage with their community, and the world through technology - while providing paid, meaningful jobs for teens and young adults. We charge reasonable rates for private, customized coaching in technology and we do our utmost to meet your needs in learning a desired skill during your session/s. However, if a client "does not know" what the problem is with their device (thus requiring our coach to assess an unknown problem); or if unforeseen software or hardware issues arise during your session that are out of our control, it is still your responsibility to pay for your session. Our time and commitment to you is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of that time. Teeniors' sessions are also booked for a minimum of one hour. After that time, if you would like to continue, clients will be charged in 15-minute increments . If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the hour booked. Thank you for understanding this need to protect our time and that of our team. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. You're also welcome to view the FAQs on our website by clicking here. Feel free to also contact us with any questions: 505-600-1297.
