Our Joint Commitment
Teeniors' goal is to empower older adults--to connect with their loved ones, engage with their community, and the world through technology--while providing paid, meaningful jobs for young adults. We do our utmost to meet your needs in learning a desired skill during your session(s). However, if a client "does not know" what the problem is with their device, or a website / app is not functioning properly, (thus requiring our coach to assess an unknown problem); or if any issues arise during your session that are out of our control, it is still your responsibility to pay for this session. Your time and that of our team is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. Teeniors' sessions are booked for a minimum of one hour. If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the hour booked. Thank you for understanding this need to protect our time and that of our team.
